AnswerDesk AI is a deployable AI support system for a single client. The knowledge base defines what the AI can know, and the rule library defines how it should handle support cases. When customers ask through the website widget, Telegram Bot, or API, the AI retrieves the right knowledge and rules, drafts a grounded reply, and hands off when confidence is low or risk rules are matched.

This is not a static demo. Admin, knowledge base, vector retrieval, chat widget, and API all connect to real services.

AnswerDesk AI is not positioned as a multi-tenant SaaS. It is a deployable AI support system for one client at a time. The client can use the built-in website widget, or use only the API to connect the engine to an app, CRM, ticketing system, or bot.
