Configure Telegram Webhook

After saving the Bot Token, point the Telegram webhook to this system.

Use this to confirm the Bot Token is valid and Telegram is pushing messages to this system.

How To Test

  1. Save the Bot Token.
  2. Click Configure Webhook until the status above shows Connected.
  3. Open the Bot you created in Telegram and press Start.
  4. Send the Bot a customer question, such as “Do you support Telegram Bot?”.
  5. The system replies automatically and records the full thread in Inbox.
